1. The app

Nexisode lets you follow TV series, see upcoming episodes and mark the episodes you have watched. The app is provided by Andreas Ulvund, Dalelia 145, 6440 Elnesvågen, Norway ("I").

2. Accepting the terms

By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

3. Your account

You need an email address to create an account. Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

4. Using the app

Do not misuse the app or its service. That includes attacking or disrupting it, trying to reach other users' data, and sending automated bulk requests. I may suspend or delete accounts that break this.

5. Free, and without a guarantee

The app is free and is provided "as is". It may have errors and periods when it does not work, and I may change or stop the app. This does not limit rights you have under mandatory law, such as consumer law.

6. Information about series

Information about series and episodes, and the images, come from TVmaze, and the data is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA); see the TVmaze API page. It may be incomplete, late or wrong, especially air dates and times. Do not rely on it for anything important. Names, images and titles belong to their owners.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for loss that comes from using the app, or from information in it being missing or wrong. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). I may end your account if you break these terms, or close the service.

9. Privacy

How I handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

I may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you do not agree to a change, delete your account.

11. Governing law

Norwegian law applies. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
